Hello all! I am currently working with Kathleen Melincavage. She came with a strong recommendation.  I have several items on my credit reports that need to be removed.  On the first round, out of 5 disputes, 3 items have been removed off of two of the three reports.  I have sent my reports back in and am awaiting the next update and cannot wait. I was referred to Kathleen Melincavage by my son (her son and mine are friends).  I spoke with her and gave her my reports.  I had tried to remove the items on my own and been very unsuccessful. The main item that I wanted removed was a bankruptcy from 4 years ago. I know it is supposed to stay on your credit for 10 years. Hello folks, what a blessing in disguise.  Kathleen Melincavage has kept to her word. Not only is she a Realtor ,she has helped me and my family find the new home of our dreams. She set it up with the owner to lease with the option to purchase.  She and I sat down for a while and we went over the terms of the lease and she stated that the best way to get the mortgage that I wanted was to remove the derogatory information off my reports.  Well I took her word and submitted the reports to Credit USA. Well the first cycle my judgments came off and now am awaiting the rest to finish and purchase my newly renovated home.

I admit, I was a Doubting Thomas about the service. But when I received my report back and out of 12 items, 8 were removed. Now I am sending the reports back to the corporate office to see what else can be removed.  I cannot wait until I can buy my house!
